Mark is committed to strengthening and building stronger communities through robust citizenship principles, whereby everyone is valued for the contributions they bring to their community.
Mark is proud to lead the Community Living Australia team to provide quality, personalised services meeting the needs and aspirations of clients and their families. The purpose of these services is that people with disability can choose how they live, learn, work, love, play and connect with their community as well as discover new horizons to lead fulfilling lives.
Having held positions across the disability and community service sector for over thirty years and with an extensive background in service delivery excellence, organisational development and community and stakeholder engagement, Mark is passionate about designing services that support people with disability to have choice and control in their lives. This individualised client-centric focus facilitates self-agency for clients and builds sustainable, accessible communities for all. He is also very passionate about driving collaboration to ensure a healthy sustainable service provider industry.
Mark currently serves on the National Board for National Disability Services (NDS) and is the Chair for the National NDS Workforce Committee. Mark is also a state committee member of NDS and chairs the South Australian NDS Workforce committee. Mark has been the Chief Executive of Community Living Australia for close to fifteen years.
Married to Kellie who also works in the Community Services field and proud father to two young adult daughters Rani and Siena, Mark enjoys walking, good wine, spending time with friends and family and watching a good Sci-fi movie.

Nicole Smith
Director People and Culture
Nicole joined Community Living Australia in 2015 and is responsible for the leadership of the People & Culture team, including the Industrial Relations, Return to Work, Work Health & Safety, Payroll, Rostering and Scheduling, and Training teams. Nicole's responsibility entails all aspects of HR, culture, legal management, and the upskilling of our employees.
Nicole's goal is for Community Living Australia to be the employer of choice within the disability sector and to support CLA employees in all aspects of their roles with a focus on personal well-being and fulfilment. Nicole is passionate about offering people with disabilities the best support possible through our employees and takes great joy in seeing Community Living Australia clients engage in the services we provide.
With a background in Local Government and before that Real Estate, Nicole’s passion has always been around people; whether it has been in a management or transactional role, getting the best outcomes for the people involved has always been her driver.
Personally, Nicole is married to Kane with two children (Isabelle and Grace) and plays an active role in the local sporting community. When Nicole is not working, you can find her spending time with her family, umpiring a netball game, spectating and celebrating her children's many sporting events and achievements, or enjoying the serene life of the Adelaide Hills and all it brings.

Karin Barry
Director, Business Services
Karin Barry is responsible for the leadership of the Finance, People & Culture, ICT and Facilities portfolios of the Business Services area for Community Living Australia. This entails all aspects of financial management, reporting and processes, service tendering, DCSI contract management, managing insurance risk and asset management.
Karin's' vision for Community Living Australia is to develop a first class model of service for people with disabilities living in regional areas and to become a key employer of people who want to work in the communities in which they live.
Karin has been a Chartered Accountant since 1993 and began working in the NFP sector in the year 2000 serving in roles for Calvary Health Care Adelaide, The Mary Potter Foundation and Autism SA.
Personally, Karin lives in Woodside and is married to Ian with 2 children (Tomas and Jenna). Karin is active in the local community, serving on the Lenswood Primary School Governing Council for six years (three as Chair) as well as currently serving as the Treasurer of the Lobethal Tennis Club.
When Karin isn't working you can find her enjoying life in the Adelaide Hills, walking her dog on Carrickalinga beach, playing tennis or watching football/netball with umbrella in hand!

Tina Till
Director Client Services
Tina has over 25 years’ experience leading teams in customer service environments. She is passionate about developing and empowering staff to deliver high quality services that make customers feel valued. She has worked in financial services and legal regulation in the UK, and for the last 4 years has brought her experience into organizations delivering aged care, disability and mental health services in Adelaide, at Helping Hand Aged Care, and UnitingCare Wesley Bowden.
Tina and her husband, Craig, and two boys, Curtis & Morgan, emigrated to Adelaide at the end of 2014, live in West Beach, and love Adelaide. When she’s not working, Tina can often be found on the beach, but her other passions are music and dancing. She is a regular concert goer, and when she has time dances with a group in Woodville, with whom she performed in the Adelaide Fringe in 2017.
