FAQs

Not straight away! If you’re reliable and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll support you during onboarding so by the time you start, you’ll have:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (or proof of enrolment)
  • First Aid, CPR, and Safe Environments for Children & Young People
  • NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
  • A current Australian driver’s license

Students are also welcome!

Yes! If you need any adjustments, like extra time in an interview or information in a different format, send us an email to people@livit.org.au. After you apply, and we’ll work with you to make it happen.

At Livit Disability Support, we have services that run 24/7, which means our Support Worker hours can be flexible and fit in with your life and our client’s needs. We do have a minimum requirement that you can work at least 12 hours per week.
