CLASS Bowls Day
Written on the 11 March 2014 by CLASS Millicent Day Options ClientsOn Wednesday 19th February 2014 the Millicent Bowling Club opened the Scotts Green for a group from the CLASS Day Options Program to turn their hands to the wonderful sport of Lawn Bowls. It is intended that this will be a monthly outing for the group & the Millicent Bowling Club welcomes the opportunity to assist CLASS in this endeavour.
Team leaders Michelle Perry & Donna Harris had a great morning (until rain interrupted play) with 8 very enthusiastic competitors. Our Club President, Derk Pietersma, assisted them with all the equipment they required & some helpful tips on the fine art of bowling.
