A Class Act!
Written on the 18 December 2014
The CLASS drama group 'CLASS ACT' recently held their premier performance and put on a magnificent drama production called 'A Classic Adventure' at the Chapel Theatre in Strathalbyn.
'A Classic Adventure' is a drama production about a man who gets up in the morning and decides to go on an adventure. This adventure takes him to the beach, through a shipwreck and to a tropical island where he encounters a tribe of warriors. As if that wasn't enough excitement he also experiences a plane ride and crash landing on a farm. To top it all off the adventure ends with him coming home to a surprise party organised by all his friends where they celebrate and dance the night away.
What an epic adventure it was! And an equally epic production!
Special thanks to our drama teacher who brought it all together, Katie Wicker as well as the various support workers and volunteers who assisted on the day and leading up to the production. A big congratulations to all the clients who performed like they were all straight off Broadway!
All in all it was a fantastic production and lots of fun was had by all involved and all who viewed. This was the premier production from the CLASS drama group 'CLASS ACT' and based on this production it looks like there will be many more great dramas to look forward to!
