Our Vision

Together We Achieve

Our Mission

Community Living Australia is your local service provider for people living with disability, frailty and social isolation in regional South Australian communities. Here at Community Living Australia we strongly believe that in our lifetime we will create an Australia where our clients and people with disability will have valued roles in the community, the opportunity to accomplish their goals, and the ability to realise their dreams.

We are committed to working with our clients to design and provide highly valued, personalised services that meet their individual needs and support them to live the life they want to live in their local communities.

Our Values

We view everyone as an individual and treat them as such, endeavouring to fully understand each person's individual needs and aspirations. It is from this starting point that we then develop services specifically tailoured to support them to achieve their unique aspirations and to live as active participants of their local community.

Our staff are our greatest asset and are supported to provide exceptional services to our clients. Our team is handpicked for a mix of service expertise and strong alignment to the values we uphold. The development and wellbeing of our team is always a high priority.

We strive for excellence by focusing on continuous improvement through innovation and flexibility.

We provide meaningful opportunities for people to engage with their community. We make sure to work closely with our local communities and partners to build supportive networks that create opportunities for our clients to do what they want to do, and live how they want to live.

While showing respect, we seek to provide equity and social inclusion for all. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be equal and valued members of the community and that everyone should be treated with the same dignity and respect.

To provide quality services to children and adults with physical and intellectual disability, those experiencing mental health issues and homelessness, people with drug and alcohol dependency as well as the elderly.

To support our regional communities by employing and training local community members to provide high quality personalised services to the most disadvantaged members of the community.

Our staff are our greatest asset, we provide a work environment where staff have every opportunity to fulfill their personal and career aspirations.

We aim for strong organisational capability and capacity to provide support to as many people in our local communities as possible.

We strive to be the best provider of accommodation, in-home and individual support, respite, recreation and day services.
