Community Living Australia's In Home Support services allow people with a disability to live independently in their own home and receive assistance with everyday tasks such as personal care, practical household assistance and social support.
Our Support Workers are passionate about making a difference and are trained to deliver the kind of high quality care that really makes a difference to the everyday lives of our clients. We give clients the support they need while helping them maintain their independence in their own home and in the community.
We understand that, when providing support, it is essential that the individual's needs are taken into consideration and suitable support staff are matched with the client. Services and rosters are designed around our clients to provide support to assist with daily tasks.
